ABOUT SHI PIN

Shi Pin

B2B metal tube processing and manufacturing integration in Minxiong, Chiayi, Taiwan.

OUR WORK

Metal tube processing
since 1984

Established in 1984, Shi Pin provides custom OEM contract manufacturing. Our core services include CNC tube bending, with one or two parts processed per cycle. Our scope includes tube cutting, punching, stamping, chamfering, grooving, welding, surface treatment and packaging.

Our manufacturing experience spans office furniture, medical and sports equipment, warehousing and automated storage equipment, as well as automotive and drone components. Working with varied product structures and assembly requirements informs our process evaluations and production planning.

Our export experience includes the United States, Japan and El Salvador, with processing, packaging and delivery coordinated for each project.

We work with you from the design stage through to finished parts. Manufacturing requirements are evaluated using samples, drawings and project discussions, with additional processes coordinated through manufacturing partners as needed.

LOCAL MANUFACTURING RESOURCES

Local manufacturing resources
built over four decades

Since 1984, Shi Pin has built local manufacturing relationships, process coordination experience and an extensive tooling inventory that provides a foundation for custom production planning, helping reduce costs and barriers to product development.

We assess whether existing tooling can be shared across projects or used as alternatives based on part geometry, dimensions and processing conditions. Where production requirements can be met, this may reduce the need for new tooling and offer more flexibility in initial investment. Suitability is confirmed through consultation.

SHOP-FLOOR EXPERIENCE

Shop-floor expertise
built through practical experience

Years of hands-on manufacturing experience inform our process evaluations. Experience in CNC tube bending, including processing one or two parts per cycle, as well as cutting, punching and stamping has built our understanding of tube geometry, mating dimensions and production sequences.

This shop-floor experience keeps process discussions grounded in actual manufacturing conditions. We apply it when reviewing customer drawings, including part geometry, fit requirements and process sequence. It provides a practical basis for assessing and planning custom production.

WORKING TOGETHER

Custom process evaluation
& production planning

Evaluate dimensions, tolerances, structure and mating requirements against customer drawings, then plan suitable processes and operation sequences. Confirm quantity, delivery schedule and scope before arranging production.

Where raw tube processing, welding, surface treatment, assembly or packaging are required, we review these partner-supported operations together with our core processes.
